We strive to provide timely and excellent delivery service to you via our trusted local delivery service partners or International courier service wherever applicable.
- Fresh & Perishable Products
We do not accept overseas orders on fresh and perishable products. These products can only be delivered within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”).
- Frozen & Chilled Products
Frozen & chilled products are limited to local delivery within Hong Kong. They will be delivered either by our selected service provider or our own delivery team via temperature controlled vehicles. You are advised to keep the products under the recommended temperature immediately upon receipt of the products to keep them in perfect condition.
- Free Delivery Service
We only offer delivery service to one location per order. Free delivery service only applies to local delivery to major residential and commercial districts within Hong Kong. It does not apply to areas including but not limited to Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay. Please contact our Customer Service Representative for a quote on delivery fees.
- Undelivered Orders
Occasionally orders may return to us due to incorrect address, consignee not present, a PO Box or hotel address. We can re-ship orders that are undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged with additional fees based on the original method used upon your purchase for re-shipping arrangements.
- Returns & Refunds
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we put our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, all products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In any case of dispute, Gusteau’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
